Bullock has recently been awarded the following projects:

Accent Foundation

Refurbishment works to 546 bungalows and houses located Horden, Durham. Work to provide improved kitchen and bathroom facilities, upgrading existing services and drainage, replacement of pavings, boundary walls and fencing and disabled adaptations.

Wakefield & District Homes

Works to be carried out to 1,200 properties to include refurbishment and replacement of kitchens and bathrooms, renewal / upgrade of heating systems, electrics, doors and windows.

University of Leicester

Charles Wilson Building Phase 1 - Refurbishment works comprising new glazed entrance, sundry ground floor alterations and mechanical and electrical infrastructure works.

Orbit Housing Association

Norse Road - 48 New homes for Orbit Housing Association.

Whitefriars Housing Group

Refurbishment of high rise accommodation - Thomas King House, Coventry.
