Tandle View Court - Oldham

Bullock is working in partnership with Oldham Counil and Housing 21 on the largest sheltered housing PFI scheme in the UK.

The work was carried out in two phases. Phase 1 involved the demolition of existing sheltered accommodation and the design and construction of a 59 apartment extra care facility.

The building features a large restaurant and communal lounge, hairdressing and beauty suite, and a shop, which is run by the residents themselves. Extensive landscaping and new car parking compliments the high quality facility.

Phase 2 provides for extensive landscaping, paving and cycle ways to form extensive open space available for the public as a whole.
