Sutton Park - Leeds

Sutton Park is a new build site split over two sites approximately a quarter of a mile apart. The main area known as Carden Avenue has 43 properties, with a typical mix of three and four bedroom houses and two bedroom bungalows. All these properties are constructed to Code for Susatainable Homes Level 3 using pile foundations, precast concrete ground beams, timber frames and a rendered block external wall. The roofs are constructed using a single sheet membrane which encompasses the fixing details to support a solar panel.

The Boldmere Road site has 11 properties situated on two levels with approximately 4m difference in level. The higher level consists of a four and a two block of houses all constructed to a Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 using MMC system and the lower levels has a three and a two block of houses to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 constructed to the same design as Carden Avenue properties. Both sites are serviced by new adopted tarmac access roads.
