Manchester/Otley Road - Bradford

Bullock worked with Incommunities and Bradford Trident, carrying out the refurbishment of 16 multi-storey blocks of flats near the city centre of Bradford, which included five 12 storey court blocks and three 15 storey tower blocks.

Works comprised:

• External envelope works including over cladding and roof repairs, wind turbine installation, enhancement of existing external lift structures, the provision of new lifts and new roof features to improve the appearance of the blocks
• Elemental renewal within flats including new kitchens, bathrooms and heating
• External works such as boundary fencing and gates to enhance security, the formation of a 'living street' a 4.5m wide feature cycle path and walkway through the Manchester Road site - and other soft landscaping.
