This project was a design and build scheme comprising six apartments, one bungalow, and five houses all with additional parking spaces, built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.

Schweglar bat boxes were installed on the south elevation of the flats and bird boxes to house bluetits and redstarts were installed on the north elevation of the houses to encourage wildlife to the site

During the project, Bullock employed trainees to work alongside the site team - an assistant site manager who obtained his foundation course degree whilst working on the project and an apprentice bricklayer who worked alongside sub-contractors gaining valuable experience
