Flavel Road - Bromsgrove
As part of the Spectrum framework, Bromsgrove District Housing Trust appointed Bullock to carry out this sensitive project which involved demolishing a semi detached house and replacing it with a new apartment block creating a total of 17 new dwellings. We developed three separate sites for Bromsgrove District Housing Trust in this manner.
Neighbouring homes remained in occupation throughout the process requiring the highest levels of consultation and care at all times.
Using a timber frame solution and an air source heat pump, Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 was achieved.
