Refurbishment of the Charles Wilson Building, located in the heart of the busy university campus. The building services as a central hub for the university's staff and students as well as providing conference and lecture facilities for students, staff and external users.

The refurbishment project involved external concrete repair works; provision of curtain walling to form a new foyer; improvement works to the existing disabled access facilities; service riser enabling works including the installation of new fire rated partitions and doors.
