Croft Pool - Bedworth

This project was completed under a long term framework agreement with Jephson Homes and involved the demolition of existing commercial buildings, in order to assemble a development site adjacent to a water course in Bedworth.

This site was at risk of flooding and we were therefore required to raise the level of the buildings using an innovative piled and prefabricated ground beam solution. We constructed three and four bedroom accommodation with off-road parking.
