This project is a JCT Design and Build demolition of existing residential buildings - Horace Pritchard House and Anglesey Court - to construct a new Extra Care Sheltered Housing Scheme.

The new scheme will consist of 67 new apartments around a central communal area and will include shared facilities such as cafe, lounge, cinema and hairdressing salon.
