Beacon School - Lichfield

The refurbishment and conversion of this Grade 2 listed school to form luxury apartments was undertaken with great attention to detail. The former Beacon School had been damaged and left derelict. Therefore Extensive restoration work was required.

The £1.6m project included restoration and conversion works, with a new build extension and associated external works to create the luxury apartments for market sale.
