New Award - Broxtowe Borough Council
Bullock has recently been awarded a new contract with Broxtowe Borough Council for the housing refurbishment and modernisation of properties in the Nottingham area.
The contract awarded follows on from an earlier partnering arrangement with Broxtowe Borough Council that was completed earlier this year and is estimated at a total value of £4.6m.
All work undertaken by Bullock will be to the new 'Broxtowe Standard', which is a standard that was set by tenants during an appraisal process carried out in 2004.
Improvement works will be carried out on the properties over the next three years and will include; kitchen replacement, heating replacement and rewiring.
