National Awards for Bullock Projects

National Awards for Bullock Projects

Two of our housing refurbishment projects received national recognition at the annual awards of the Considerate Constructors Scheme. The awards were announced at a ceremony held last Friday at the Plaisterers Hall in London.

Our Cheltenham Borough Homes project received a Silver Award and there was a Bronze Award for our Nottingham City Homes project. The awards were proudly accepted by Scott Brassington our Project Manager for Cheltenham and Tony Kent our Site Manager at Nottingham.

The Considerate Constructor Scheme Awards are made to recognise and reward sites that have demonstrated exceptional levels of consideration against the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice. This year over 6500 sites were eligible to win an Award - only completed sites or phases are considered.

Also present at the award ceremony were Emma Wall from Cheltenham Borough Homes, Regional Directors Steve Daniels and Mick Pickersgill and regional support staff.

This is the first time Bullock has been successful in these Awards and follows on from our success at last year’s Considerate Constructors Scheme 10th Anniversary Awards where we were Highly Commended in the housing refurbishment and maintenance category. Providing further evidence of our reputation as a national considerate construction company.

Every Bullock site is registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme, this ensures they are independently audited on the consideration shown by the project team and their processes.
