We have a passion and pride in our approach to customer care and tenant liaison.  A dedicated resource of over 80 people ensures we treat our tenants with care, respect and sensitivity.  But customer care extends further than just one department.  Our success stems from our customer-focused culture, which is the subject of ongoing training for all staff and subcontractors to ensure its translation into service delivery.

We work closely with Action Line, whose staff are available 24 hours a day-365 days a year for tenants who are experiencing problems.  Since its introduction four years ago this service has played a significant part in our improved tenant satisfaction scores.  It is very popular with many of our clients who are really impressed with its effectiveness and efficiency.
