Bullock Academy

Our philosophy is one of a ‘virtual training academy’, where training is delivered locally to benefit the trainee and apprentice, local investment and the partnership.

Our academy comprises apprentices and professional trainees studying towards an accredited qualification through our Professional Development and Apprentice Management programmes.

Through these programmes, they are supported throughout the duration of their learning. The support team can consist of:

• Training Manager
• Training Coordinator
• Line Manager
• Assessor
• Trained site mentor
• Work based recorder
• College tutor
• University Lecturer
• Training provider mentor

All trainees and apprentices receive an Individual Training Plan which includes work and college / university objectives to ensure a clear, understandable training model and regular reviews to ensure targets are being achieved and problems are being addressed.
